If the role of documentary photography has always been to represent the real. I believe the role of artistic photography is to make us rethink reality.
I deviate from traditional landscape photography because my story isn’t as straightforward as documentation. I choose my subject as a tool to tell different stories, some of them are about life, death and dreams.

I think of my photographs as “Night visions”: a glimpse into a mysterious land where color, light and nature allude to the afterlife. I portray my own perspective of what’s behind the veil of life. Deviating from the heaven & hell concept, my work speaks of an eternal dream where our soul is set free to create and reshape its own reality.
