Landscape Collage Class w/ Li Newton

Beginner; no prior experience necessary. Teens and adults

Learn to paint with paper. We will all work from the same image.

Goals:
-Have fun.
-Learn basic analog (cut by hand) paper collage techniques and materials
-Learn how to transfer a photo onto a surface.
-Basic cutting and gluing, building layers to create depth.
-Complete or build the foundation for a 10 X 10 finished piece.

I provide: Gel medium/glue, wood panels, scissors, wood panels, tracing paper, pencils and some papers.

Students bring any personal items such as photo (copies) or small personal items to attach; extra papers, magazines, etc.; Gloves if wanted; Beverage and lunch.
