I am primarily a painter working in both the oil and pastel medium, focusing primarily on the landscape and the still life genres, in a classically realistic style. The light is my muse - the way it describes and manipulates form and color, creating a sense of mood and evoking memories. I also build small glass sculptures creating a flower form from repurposed vintage glass pieces, and embellishments, which refract and reflect the sunlight, and which can be used outside as yard art, or inside as an accent piece.
