Aaron Iaquinto creates one of a kind tactile wooden spoons and homewares from reused hardwood scraps. Each piece is meditatively crafted with various hand and power tools. The viewer is initially drawn in by the unique shapes and finish applications of each piece. Once in the hand it becomes evident that Aaron's focus on tangible feedback and ergonomics creates a somehow innate connection with these tools for everyday life. The care and energy invested in this process makes every object unique and personal.
