Eliana E. Rodriguez is a Latina artist who creates pottery, prints and illustrations. Rodriguez earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Appalachian State University where she discovered her passion for printmaking and ceramics -two mediums that she feels are so different and yet intersect in so many ways. After graduating from college, Rodriguez moved to Asheville, NC where she worked as a Summer Resident at Odyssey Clayworks before beginning her own studio practice and becoming a Speedball Demo Artist.
Rodriguez was a recipient of the 2020 NCECA Multicultural Fellowship, has served as a Studio Assistant at the Penland School of Craft and has taught at Arrowmont School of Arts and Craft. She continues to create printmaking and ceramic work in her studio in the Riverview Station.
