I recall the joy of that AHA!! moment...when I gained entrance into the new adventure of mixed-media assemblage. I took a class from an assemblage artist and that was it! I found that everything I'd been creating before then proved to be a stepping stone into this new realm.
It is so much fun for me to hunt for, seek out, and then put together seemingly random, disconnected objects and create something new with them. I believe this craftsmanship is a gift from God, and I like to impart little meanings or messages -for those that will receive them- in my art pieces that are created by Faith, Imagination and Whimsy.
