Intro to Fabric Painting

You will learn how to go from an idea to finish piece and go home with your own painted 9×6” pencil/art supply/makeup canvas case! You will learn various ways you can take your doodles from paper and transfer the outline onto fabric. You will learn about supplies that are helpful if you want to directly sketch onto fabric.

And then we paint! Lots of tips and tricks will be shared and all questions are welcome. You will be able to go home and know how to do it all on your own. These make excellent gifts! You will be able to take this knowledge and translate it to other fabrics like denim.

No previous experience required. All supplies are provided. However, if want to bring a specific design or your own doodle, it will need to fit within the 9×6” area. Even better if its printed on cheap/thin printer paper. You can feel free to make up something on the spot! I will also bring a selection of designs that you can choose from if you don’t have your own.
