We’re thrilled to collaborate with Gillian Hailey of Bloom Embodied Wellbeing to curate sacred space to connect with your creative self through gentle yoga & reflective rest.
Join us for this new series of beginner friendly yoga classes uniquely curated for creatives, and curious souls to slow down and create space within body and being to access your creative voice and inspire your unique creative process and expression.
Each class will blend 1 hour of gentle movement & guided relaxation and restoration, followed by time for creative journaling, a brief mark-making experience & personal reflection.
Open to all levels of ability and experience.
Bring your own yoga mat. Space is limited to 10 people.
