Community and Representation

Promotion and Visibility

  • RADA Studio Guides and RADA Maps are distributed in studios, hotels, Airbnb’s, businesses, and throughout the region to attract visitors and buyers from all over the United States.
  • Year-round visibility through local and regional advertising (The Laurel, Rapid River, Asheville Made, Edible Asheville, A Look at Asheville, and more).
  • Participation in Second Saturday Art Stroll promotions with posters and advertising.
  • Eligible to participate in annual district-wide theme exhibition and marketing.
  • Representation at the Visitor & Convention Bureau with a large display featuring RADA members’ work and information about the River Arts District.
  • Representation with RADA’s hotel partners and businesses throughout Asheville.
  • Representation on our social media platforms.

Website Presence

  • Up to 22 photos of your work and studio.
  • Brief artist statement or bio.
  • Contact information and studio hours.
  • Links to your website and social media.
  • Ability to update your information at any time.

Event and Class Promotion

  • Post your events and classes on the RADA website events page.
  • Submit your events to also be distributed through our partner’s websites, which promote what’s happening in Asheville.

Community Engagement

  • Monthly community meetings for updates, support, and networking with other RADA artists.
  • Quarterly Potlucks to connect our community and network with other RADA artists.
  • Use of the RADA logo and other associated materials in your studio, on your website, and at your events.

Voting Privileges

  • Vote for Board Officers, the annual RADA budget, and major issues brought before the membership.
